After twenty years as a training consultant, she began training and coaching with CliftonStrengths in 2010, offering sessions that communicate the power of the Gallup methodology. In these Strengths sessions, which she has delivered to individuals and groups at all levels of business, she has shown her clients why using a Strengths-based philosophy helps individuals and companies meet performance goals and business objectives, improve teamwork, heighten morale, and empower managers.
